Yes and no. That's hardly the main reason I am attracted to someone but yeah it is nice when someone takes care of themselves and is in good shape. I'd call it a bonus. Dude is still going to have to have a good personality and be able to get along and have fun with me. So it isn't all that matters when it comes to attraction but certainly doesn't hurt.
