No. There's no plumbing there, no tissues or glands to create any of that. It's a hole, surgically created, and lined with dick skin. It has to have a tool put inside every day to keep it dilated or it will close up, because it isn't natural. It's a hack, and a long way from a perfect one.

Then there are all the medications they have to be on for the rest of their (artificially shortened) lives, which have serious side effects.
