I'd say no, cause I'm not ready to take care of a child and even if I was and I got attached to the child and the child to me, if me and the dad went through a breakup I'm sure it'd really suck for the kid. Plus I don't think its good for a child to see their parental figures get together and split up with multiple different people. Thats gotta effect them negatively in how they view relationships.

I also don't want the dad just using me as a "babysitter" they can leave their kid with all the time. A man tried to do that with my cousin once and she noped out of that fast lol

My daughter tells me everything daily. She is very very close to me. She doesn’t hide from me and not live in fear.
You can talk to her. You can talk to my husband and talk to my son. I am an open book.

One thing I can share with you is, she was a victim of online predator for 2 years. She opened up to me and told me what happened. I shared that with her dad. We all - as a family - not just me and dad…all…!!! Aunts, uncles, cousins, school, friends…. work together for 3 yrs…give her the love and support she needs to heal from that. It has been 6 years. she has developed self love and confidence to over come what she encountered. She is now working hard/focusing on her school work, developing healthy friendships to becoming a decent citizen.
As of now…I do not hear one word from you regarding what you are doing…but it’s not my business… I wish you the best in life and enjoy the journey.
