I’m 5’9” and I’m taller than most women, so yes I am tall.
And the point is, most men don’t specifically want a shorter woman. They date who they want. I’ve never had a guy say “you’re too tall for me” but plenty of short women say “guys don’t like tall girls” and it’s annoying and not true.
Also, keep in mind there are a lot more short women than tall women in society so naturally, men will date what’s readily available if it’s attractive to them.

It may not be tall “to you” but I’m 5’9” living a 5’9” life and I can tell you right now, I’m tall. Yes there is tall and exceptionally tall whatever but it doesn’t change the fact that I am tall for a woman as the national height for women is 5’4” I’m not going to debate you if you think I’m tall, but just know supermodels average a height of 5’9” and up. Every young girl typically likes tall athletic guys, it’s very common. There’s nothing wrong with it but I sense that above average height women (5’8” and up) feel like short women are dating men closer to an above average women’s height when most men are going to be taller than them anyways.
