Whether I say hello or not has v. little to do with if he's attractive. On a busy street I would not say hello to people in general unless I knew them. On a street where it's just me and some other person I may or may not say hello depending if it feels weird. "Feeling weird" is hard to briefly describe but it isn't about attractiveness, more like if I think they want to be left alone, if they are looking at me smiling, if they have a question or I have a question, if they seem scary and things like that.

As for what I think is the question you really intend which is "how attractive does a guy have to be before I would make an effort to talk to him," I don't think that way tbh, if single I might be more likely to look at or smile at an attractive guy but I would not walk up and talk to him for that reason if he was the most attractive man who has ever lived. JMO!

A guy doesn’t have to be good looking for me to say hello or be nice to them or start a conversation. I could be shopping for something random like an umbrella and say does this umbrella look ok? 🤣 I was actually talking to myself but the guy answered and we were talking for 5 minutes about umbrellas and the weather. Then I had to leave.

Very good looking men have approached me on the street. They’ll say something like “I think you’re very beautiful, would it be okay if we exchanged numbers/contact details and “ … basically trying to arrange some sort of date. I have always just said no and walked away. It doesn’t matter how good looking a man is. If I don’t know him I won’t speak to him.

i would never say hi to randoms in the street, hot or not. that's really weird.. unless your in a small town or something (i'd only do it anyways if people say it first, and if they say it i'll say it back doesn't matter what you look like)
