No. I am a teacher and work with mostly women.
One is very short (4'11") and very obese (not that I'm judging her for that).
One is less short (5'2") and stereotypically cute for a petit woman. I'd say she looks like a 10/10 for guys into Asian/Korean girls, but to me, she's just a tiny young woman.
One is less short (5'4") but short and very fit and athletic, and kinda pretty herself, but clearly in her early 30s and no longer "young" but still acts like the selfie-loving 20 year old she used to be.
One is tallish (5'8") and a stereotypical positive young female teacher (upbeat, perky, a little silly, kinda cute).
And the other two are guys. (Korean Chads, to be honest. One is a husband and "family man" type, and the other is a tall, handsome "funny guy.")
Besides me and the shortest overweight girl, I'd actually say all the teachers at my workplace are generally attractive. Even the 5'4", 30-something year old is still like a 6.5 in looks.
All of them go out of my way to say hello to me. They're generally a positive and nice group of people. (I almost feel guilty working there, because they're all so nice, and I'm not a "nice person." I'm a cynic whenever I'm not teaching.)
I think the people who would assume "Hi" means "I think you're attractive" think of themselves as being attractive. Cause I know I'm not attractive. So I know none of these ladies are secretly thinking "Damn, he's good looking!"
Well let's say they're interested for sure, and likely find you attractive. If someone goes "out of their way", they want you to know it.
My neighbour is like this, but he's always looking for friends because they he and his partner are always pleading poverty and begging for money.
So I go out my way to avoid him.
He's been rude to me quite a lot and snappy when I refuse to help financially.
I appreciate its tough but he could ask several people in one day and it irks me that they will actually give him something.
Yes I would think they find me attractive. I would also try to see if they go out of their way to say hi to ever other person so I can set myself straight.

I NEVER assume a woman is interested unless she asks me out. Sorry women just aren't worth the mental energy to me anymore. Make yourself clear or I'm NOT going to bother.

I've said every woman I've ever asked out has rejected me. Now does that mean that...
1. No woman has ever found me attractive?
2. No woman I've asked out has ever found me has ever found me attractive?
3. Other: A. Women don't know what they want
B. those women like to lead guys like me on.
C. I misread signs constantly.
D. Etc.
They have an interest in you for SOME reason.
Maybe they like the same activities you do.
Maybe they just find you attractive. Maybe you remind them of their _________ (fill in the blank with a loved one).
Maybe they are a serial killer and you fit the victim profile they target.
if he's always saying hello to you even when ur around people chances are that he finds you attractive

Sometimes, I think to myself that it MUST be that she's interested in me. But then I always have that BUT come into my mind.

Ever since I was a teenager, I usually go out of my way to greet a friend because we're friends. If I spot someone I know and am friends with along the way, I say hi to him or her.
I used to go out of my way to say hi to one guy cause he was disabled and I wanted him to feel less lonely

I said hello to a bunch of people when I was trying to become more social. I also aimed to compliment three people a day. It didn't mean I liked them or anything, but it made me more confident socially.

Noo, I never assume that... I have so many platonic friends of the opposite sex that if I didn't say hi to them when I met them it would be seriously weird.
Yeah it happens a lot i got girls who always say Hi to me i always end up finding out they like me but i barely do anything with it because i don't shit where i eat, but once i quit i might hit them up

No I assume they're friendly and just want to say hi. I have a couple guys at work who always say hi and ask how I'm doing
I would assume something else but nowadays anything is possible about people who could be secretly attractive to us
