Yo guys. That ex boyfriend I was speaking of? Just got into a fist fight with him at my school. He made fun of me for not having a dad so I clocked him. Then he threw me on the floor and kicked the crap out of me. I think I cracked a rib. But it was worth it 💪

It's very easy.
Close your eyes and remember everything that he's done to you everything that he has said to you every time he's put his hands on you every time he's yelled and screamed and tried to control you

Do any of your other friends do this to you do your parents do this to you no and why is that because they love you and they know that it's wrong to treat other people like that treat anybody like that there is nothing on this planet that would make me stay with that person there's nothing

When you were born into this world you got a gift and that gift is choice you get to choose who you want to be in life by the things that you say and do would you do that to anybody do you think it's right that anybody does it to you I mean if you choose to be that person and you accept that punishment or that abuse what does that make you not very confident not very smart you need to walk away there's there are guys out there that will treat you a thousand million times better than what this guy is treating you the moment you let him treat you like that and he got away with it he's going to keep doing it until he beat you silly you need to walk away

You can't forget but all you can do is move on and learn from the experience but look on the bright side, if you ever did forget, it could happen again, now that you are aware of how a guy like this works, you can get an idea on the red flags of a manipulative and abusive guy and not fall down the same hole again.
