Me and business partner fighting over money constantly?

We are going into car selling business and now he’s holding out because he doesn’t want to split profits with me. I put my number as the person to call if we are selling cars. I have invested thousands but he has not bought any cars to sell in two years. The problem is we are also dating and I can’t stand this person and find him very ugly but I play along because I’m in it for the money. What can I do to pull out of this with out getting sued? We work like dogs at a smog shop as well to bring in profits. He seems to keep the money mostly. He doesn’t want people knowing I’m his girlfriend either. Should I pull out of this partnership?

Well, I don't know what terms you invested under, but you need to talk to an attorney about unwinding that investment (you probably will end up writing it off though). If he won't invest in his own business, you don't want to either.
