I do have cellulite to a normal extent maybe slight
More. It’s on my bum and legs.
It’s massively better now then when I was ina bad place and really dehydrated for years (would

Is that an issue would they prefer none?

I have quit a bit of cellulite to and stretch marks but creams are good nivea firm cream for the cellulite and cocoa butter for stretch mark they where both working great for me then i stopped obv but the best way to keep it away forever by excersizes a use to be 19 stone now am 17.10.4 lost 2 stone and a few lbs in a few months plus take orlistat to help me loose weight you can eat anything fatty wiles taking them or you end up with oily yellow looking diharea that is stinking as fuck so iam continuing to take them lay off all fatty stuff and loose more stones it doesn't help with theme cellulite though you gotta work on thst alone wich is what iam doing

ima healthcare worker, not totally true--- while physical things can sometimes be changed like glucose levels, heart health, weight loss, skin- depending on the level of damage or actual weight lost or gained needs medical intervention. now, cellulite can happen to any one heavy or thin, it can actually even develop after puberty in some, it is also common with ageing process as well as hormonal factors

Aging is caused by disease, the heakthcare industy in the US today is incompetent at best.
Cocobutter prevents those marks outside of extreme obesity or certain rare illnesses, and proper diet, rest. and hydration will heal them.

I've seen it done repeatedly, and even done it myself. Your job dies not negate that.
And to be fair, most doctors are bad at curing anything and only attempt to cause more chronic problems so the patient comes back and they get paid more.

We do not have a healthcare industry, we have a sickcare industry.

when i work my job and see someone i have saved with my own two hands via CPR it very much is healthcare. dont ever downplay healthcare workers who work tirelessly for people to be able to live and work. when you work it, you know what it entails the tireless hours and the absolute pain some of us deal with when losing a patient, its sheer ignorance of peopel sitting online all day "researching" BS articles that have no clue what healthcare is and what we do. while not all in healthcare like their jobs, i very much live my job and fight for patients daily

In terms of the real world, no I don't hate cellulite, it's very normal and from your description you have a great figure so that's what I'd focus on rather than the minor imperfections!!!

If they bother you, there are some deep muscle massage techniques you could look into which are meant to reduce cellulite, but I'm not an expert in that

Realistically, no guy is going to care about that at all, in terms of sexual attraction. It might be an issue if you're trying out for a modeling job or some kind of pornographic thing, but even in those venues, the more natural flesh has become more popular.

I have a bit of cellulite due to weight-gain/loss and my age. Pretty much have had it since I was a teenager to be honest and I never gave it thought. It hasn’t been an issue for me in relationships. I don’t think most people care. You can still look great with minor imperfections, literally everyone has them

Honestly, most guys don't care. I was also self-conscious about my bum due to the cellulite but it's actually one of my most complimented features. Guys who do care are not emotionally mature for me to even be attracted to them, so I don't care about them.

If you want to reduce their appearance though, you may want to try dry brushing. Look it up and good luck!

I never had cellulite until I was 24 years old. And it has entirely to do with daily eating habits such as pouring whole fat milk / half and half into coffees. Watch what you eat , you can be cellulite free for life.

Lots of people have had cellulite and then it went away when they fixed their diet long enough for the tears in the tissue to seal back up.

@Reem12345reem They heal just like any other injury, with food, rest, etc, but because people do not treat them as injuries, so they do nothing for them.

First, you would need to lose any excess weight, as the skin tearing when trying to stretch too much too fast is the cause of them.

Second, you would need to restore the elastin in the skin with a proper diet, including enough water and minerals/vitamins, your diet would need to be customized for your needs/metabolism/activity level, by a nutritionist.

Third, you would need restful sleep in an environment where you wake up feeling refreshed (not achey or dry, a good measure of this is no morning breath, no dry skin, and joints feeling good).

Short of any other problems, it will simply heal over time on its own, it is not fast though, but these things are needed for every other aspect of health anyway.
