Women have a layer of fat, it's what makes them soft and squishy, cuddly. So while cellulite isn't all that attractive, no guy worth his salt is going to whine about it. He's far more interested in whether you're DTF. He wants to see YOUR attraction and desire for HIM.
I dont hate it. But it is a sign of poor circulation in the fine capillaries under the skin and in the fatty layer. As the tissue is deprived of oxygen and nutrients over time in shrinks and dies back. The only solution is interval training as well as avoiding sedentary lifestyle generally.
Don't love it, but it's not a dealbreaker of they have a little cellulite. It's more important that they're not obese and have a nice curves. A little cellulite isn't important.
