What are the chances a ceiling fan falls?

I hit it by mistake with my hand when it was going fast. Now it’s slower and shaking

You could try turning it off and looking at how it's mounted. It's possible you knocked it loose. I guess if you're really concerned you could call an electrician to take a look at it.

Get it repaired or replaced and don't use it until thats done. It could fall and hurt someone or damage property.

One time I tried to take a mounted light off the ceiling and it was attached to a cord. Maybe the ceiling fan has an attachment too see it won’t fall Down

It does but if its unstable said attachment can come loose.

It depends on how securely it was mounted to the ceiling. Being an electrician I've seen some really hack jobs

That's best left to maintenance. Maybe it became dislodged from the mounting.
