I would try a different route.
I'm not sure if you both work at the same place, there wasn't a lot of info given out, but I would let her know when I was working and see if she wanted to get together on any of those days.

no, YOU should not set anything, if she wants to see you, she'll come up with the date and time to make up for when she cancelled on you. if she doesn't do that, then it's because she's trying to be nice/not end up chained up in your basement.
