Like if we see a girl out in public that catches our eye, how can we know you want us to approach?

If it is a random girl that you know nothing about you can either make eye contact and see if she gives it back or just try to start normal conversation with her. If she isn’t interested she will not try to engage conversation with you the majority of the time where if there is at least the smallest chance she will, giving the exception to someone who is extraordinarily shy. It can be hard because not everyone will respond the same way nor should you expect them to
