If I like someone, I’d want to get their attention. If he shows me, he’s at least interested, I’d say hi and strike up a chat

I don't do that kind of shit. I enjoy the spontaneity of it, let things happen naturally. We might talk, bump into each other. If I'm not into it, or he isn't, I just make sure it doesn't happen.
I glance at them. I’m a bit reserved with such things. Or I’m not and I say hi.
