I dated my employee and I hate him so much now?

I made a huge mistake dating someone I hired at my small business. I want to rid of this person because they are money obsessed and greedy. I have met someone new and will never ever work with someone I’m dating again! It is sooo stressful and exhausting. I started to hate him and anything romantic went out the door on the clock. It was boring and phony as we work together. I want him fired but I’m afraid of him trying to sue me. I feel like he thinks he’s entitled to my money or business because we dated. How to get rid of this person without legal trouble? He could make more at a different job but won’t leave because he thinks he can take my business or something. I find this person soo ugly.

Why you shouldn’t date co workers period , it’s a very slim chance that things will go the way you want them to , why it’s best to stay away at all
Costs especially if it’s a job you plan on staying at for a long period of time. I fooled around with girls I worked with before , and that was my learning experience to never do it again , it always turns to drama , it takes one person to say the wrong thing to other co workers to make all hell break loose and before you know it , all your so called friendly co workers are talking shit behind your back. So why it’s best to keep your private life to yourself and your relationships private as well and just go to work and focus on work and not talk much about your private life at home, so you are best to stop screwing with your employees because now you just dug your own grave by screwing your employee , that’s going to do his best to make your life a living hell especially if you are his boss.. So some how some way you are probably best to find a way to fire his ass or find a way to make him not want to work for you anymore , by making him do a lot more work then he was expected to do before , hopefully he gets the hint and leaves or if he chooses not to do the extra work , you can fire him by saying he isn’t fit for the job. Lol you want to fire your ex? This is an hr departments wet dream seriously, he will likely sue you. Especially if there are no grounds for termination. I have zero sympathy for people like you.
