Why men are immature and fickle?

My ex boyfriend was immature , 32 , living with mom, and man child. Don’t want commitment, would lie a lot , and now a guy at job that seemed interested in me, I was working near him today and he acted fickle. He avoided talk or look at me. And I had to hand him something and he was súper silent didn’t look at my face at all. He’s like bipolar and fickle.

do all men act like this? I never have met a real genuine mature guy that don’t play games.
