Have you ever dated someone that gave you a list of chores to do?

I dated a few girls that expected me to do chores for them at their home , I would wake up to a note saying can you do this and do that while she went to work , I was like WTF? Is she trying to control me? Like what kind of shit is this? If I have a girl stay over my place , and we have sex I don’t expect her to do shit in my home , Why do girls’ do this? What is her intentions of doing this? Does she think because she had sex with me that now I am obligated to do her chores? Have you ever experienced this with a girl?

Wow you're so not ready for living with another human. Actually, if chores are this offensive to you, I would advise against even having pets because they're too much responsibility for you. You'd have to touch poop (with bags or scoops, but still, your sensitivity).

Maybe think about if you're truly ready to live with someone else? Chores suck, sure, but they're a normal part of being an adult.

I don’t have a problem doing chores I just do it , but I do have a problem with someone telling me to do their chores when it’s not even my home or mess , if her and I were living together that is one thing but to be told to do this and do that just because we fucked doesn’t give her a right to have a list of shit to be done in her home. I think you're reading too much into the list. Is that really what bothers you, or is it the expectation implied?

And would you really do different if the shoe was on the other foot? What if you weren't sure she'd get to everything you expected?

If you were asleep and she had to go to work, she probably thought not waking you to give you verbal instructions was more polite.

Talk to her about how you'd have rathered this happen. Most men don't know how to clean a home - and lists are an easy way to give guidance. Maybe she assumed you'd be the same.

No. Maybe I've just been lucky to this point that the women I've dated have been good, or the duds just weeded themselves out. Maybe it's i just wouldn't tolerate being exploited for very long. Love should not be transactional, "I do this for you you do this for me". I'd want to do things for my partner.
