Guys who set up dates then don't follow through?

So this is the 3rd time that a guy talk to me online, and was very responsive and keen to swap number and instagram.

They asked me out on a date, then I agreed. Then the guy start being flaky and stop texting back and never followed through on the date plan.

I doubted if I am ugly, and they refused after seeing my instagram. But it is not likely because my Tinder profile had my photos.

What is the reason for this?

That is the trouble with our society nowadays.

Everything goes through social media and nobody takes the time to meet in person to talk face to face.

It is so easy to manipulate pictures to make them look different from what the person is in reality. If people would stop using those stupid social media and go out to meet people, all those misunderstanding would not happen because, except for a ton of makeup, you cannot hide who you are and above all, you cannot hide your personality and character.

I presume that the pictures you sent to those guys were not what they expected and decided to abandon their quest to have intercourse with you. Honestly and you know it just as I do, those social platform are pick up sites where guys solely hit on girls with the hope to copulate with them.

I don't think it is the photos. My instagram are solely for scenery photos of places I travelled. My face is not in any of them.
They can only see my face on tinder.
Also, 2 of the guys I ve only swapped numbers, but did not follow each other on social media. I don't post face on social media.

If it’s three guys then tbh there is something they are seeing in your pics that is turning them off. Online dating is very much about looks for guys. Do you have other pics on gram not on tinder?
