Trending & News Are you asking why they didn’t give you a time originally?
Yes, they ask you a day and they confirm the time and location last minute.
That’s probably because it fits their pattern and they have done that in the past. I mean if they are meeting you for dinner do you at least have a time range to meet at the restaurant?
I heard it may be because I am a second option? Do you think it might be the case?
That can happen. But if you think you are, would you wanna date him?
No, definitely not. This has happened to majority of guys I’ve met.
If it’s a pattern then time to do something different. When they ask you what day you are free then give them a time range.
Also if you are only going on first dates and not stringing dates together there could be other reasons why
We’ve discussed time range and day. He just never confirmed the specific time and location
You said a majority didn’t confirm the time
I have been on 3 total dates now, I’ve only received constant contact from 1 date asking for follow up dates
we discussed a time range but never the time so I wouldn’t know when to get ready and meet and don’t know where to meet :(
Gotcha. Well based on stats that’s not a lot of opportunities to find patterns. It’s more likely the two guys who didn’t follow up were looking for something else.
Did you sense and chemistry or attraction on the dates?
No, I didn’t catch chemistry with them.. it just felt like I was faking it and pretending to be friendly. We had hardly anything in common ! 😭 Really like the new guy who asked me out on a date.. I’m really hoping he would give me the time and location today …
Oh then that’s why they didn’t follow up. If the new guy asked you out, just give him a call and ask when and where you will meet
I feel like I’m the one who always initiate contact.. when I do initiate contact he enjoys talking to me but we hardly do small talk.. we have called on phone around 2 hours and that is the longest we have communicated. I’m trying to see if he would ever initiate contact (via text) first
But you haven’t had a date with him yet. So why all the communication before meeting? You want to see if he will initiate because you want to feel desired by him
Yes, that is true. What would you recommend me doing in this case?
I’d say save some conversation for the date and just follow up asking when and where he wants to meet. I know you have had some dates with lacking chemistry but hope this one is fun
Also be sure to dress well, or try on some outfits with a friend to give you feedback. That’s going to give you confidence
What do you have in common with this guy?
Thanks for the tips! We are from the same hometown, went to same school apparently, and have common interests and hobbies. Should I wait a bit more for him to talk about the scheduling or should I just text?
I’d say if the date is next week you can wait. If the date is this weekend then ask what time
You are welcome
I’m a professional I stick by my word and like to keep it organized

Because the guys your after have better looking women lined up for them.
You're just a back up plan.
I don't know but it’s annoying
You mean the guys you date?
Yes, sorry I didn’t clarify
