You can learn experience even by living with your parents, by looking around how your parents are handling house, by trying to make yourself a budget that how you would do it if you would be living alone. If you would have confusion somewhere you would ask your parents what are problems and how they manage it. Or sometimes by taking part in all that. Taking some tasks or responsibilities to do something.
I feel like you should save money and live with parents if you could same time learning how you would do when you would live alone.
Ok so I thought you were a teen or something. You need to start working OT or something. I couldn’t see why someone at the age range you selected would still be living at home.
Lots of people still choose to live at home, depends on circumstances, and if they are caring for a loved one or saving for a house. There's no shame in that

If you need a year for saving for a down payment then living with your parents. If you are talking more than a year then renting
