So I went on a double date with this one girl and it went pretty well but I wanted to have a one on one date. I asked her out again and she said sure. My sister happens to be one of her roommates and she gave me some inside info about what she thinks about me asking her out. My sister asked her how she felt about it and she said "she doesn't know what to feel" because she doesn't "know me well" and was like "but that's what dates are for". So I'm curious to hear thoughts on this, and if this she's means she's just not interested.

Okay so apparently when she said that it was in front of a group of people, including her ex so she didn't know what to say. My sister and her spoke one on one and she said she seems excited and said it "sounds like fun". She also said she was in a really good mood after I asked her out. So we'll see what happens.

I understand her point of view. It’s more difficult to highlight on who someone is when you aren’t one on one and are on group dates. This is why I tend to shy away from group dates until I have at least been on 3-4 dates with someone and like them enough to take that step. To each it’s own, I think this one on one date will be better to really figure out what she thinks about you
She's excited about the date. That's a good sign. But she still doesn't know you well. It may take some time before she does.
Hopefully the one on one date will go well and you can have more. That's how you gradually get to know each other.
Seems pretty obvious to me. Your intentions are probably very vague at this stage.
