What does it mean when a girl say that she wants you but still she isn't ready to officialize your relationship?

I agree with you on what you said, but I asked just for an engagement or at least for a first contact with her partents.
She isn't ready for that wich is suspicious.
And yes I asked about the relationship and I asked about me too, none of that is the reason, she answers.
Love as a feeling is very tricky and personnaly it doesn't really tell that much about a relationship. But actions are much more meaningful and trustworthy.

It might help me out a bit to know how long you two have been dating. If it's been under a year, the pacing to ask for engagement may be too quickly here. One to three years, seems like an appropriate time to ask the question, even if one/both of you aren't ready. Approximately we know each other for about 1y and 6m.
And we are toghther for 8m.
I'm not asking here obligatorily to get married but I wanted a least to move a little bit further may be with an official proposal, no contract envolved.
She gave some execuses such as trying to get a work first, so logically speaking my proposal or an introduction to here parents want affect a thing, we are already in a relationship, And I wonder what's holding here backfor the next step?

Our relationship is just known by her female friends so I can't call it that it's really made public.
This why I pushed further and asked her for at least an engagement or may be a first contact with her parents. I believe ghat if she is not ready for that I might not be the one or at least I m not the one for the moment. I believe that when you find "the one" setteling with him/her become the next goal to plan for wich is not the case for her now.
