So me and this girl have been talking and we acted like she liked me so we finally met after all these months. We met online and we met and I really like her. But I don’t know if she still likes me what do you get from this message? She’s blue I’m white in the messages. I said “ I wish you were all mine” and she said “ maybe one day we will be dating” kinda throws me off. Makes me think she doesn’t like me. Like why one day? I’m not trying to rush it or anything. What do you guys think? I’m getting weight loss surgery so I know I have work to do on myself so I’m trying to not push it and go with the flow.

"Maybe one day" means never. The reason is that you are too pushy and you are insinuating things that she probably does not appreciate.

Apparently you have been discussing with her about being a model and she must have given you a previous reply on that issue, yet you bring it up again. That is not very diplomatic and only shows her that you don't really take her opinions seriously. You surreptitiously try to bring the topic back on the carpet.

Also, I don't know what "Otherworld" is but with a name like that, it cannot be something positive.

She is simply trying to warn you that you should not really have great hopes that some day, something will change in her behavior. Anyway, I wish you good luck with your operation and hope that this will change your life for the better.

I think that she does actually like you.
I get that big messages like this will make you think a lot into it, but I think it's really just what's on the surface: that she does like you. Why "one day"? If you've been mainly just texting online and only meeting once or twice, then I think she could actually want to date you some day, just she might want to get you a bit more.
People have different preferences of how long they want to talk to their future partner for, before making a romantic commitment with them.
