Is this a bad sign?

my boyfriend removed the heart next to my name in his contact list and changed his background on his phone from a of me to something else, should I be worried?
Side bar: He helped some “single” girl (I don't know why he made the point to tell me that) put something together for her car, and I noticed it that night when he came back. In general, he has a lot of single female friends and I’m worried i might be making this a stretch because of that?

I would say the changing of those things on his phone is a bit weird. Definitely all looks suspicious. I would say try to talk to him about that and be honest with how you felt. If he gets defensive that’s a red flag. Just follow your intuition it’s usually always right.

Not a good sign, he probably liked this girl, doesn’t mean it’s totally over with you though this can happen in relationships… it was a bit obvious so he was maybe trying to tell you something without telling you

He asked me to text him a link to something and I saw my name pop up on his phone screen. I didn’t go through his phone (I… really don’t want to.. lol especially now) but I saw it when we were next to each other.

So what do I do? Do I ask him? I already asked about my contact name and we blew it off as a joke and he didn’t put it back… it was my subtle hint that I guess was TOO subtle for him to pick up on. I don't know.

I wish it was just as simple as that but there’s compounding factors that are making me more skeptical. I didn’t go through his phone. We were sitting next to each other when he asked me to text him something and that’s how I saw it.
