I like this guy I train with, he is two years years older than me, and I sometimes catch him glancing at me, and he's super nice to me. Even though I want to go out with him, I don't know if I should ask him out, and if I make a mess out of things, I don't know if I'll ever be able to go back to training. And if I do opt for asking him out, how do I do it?
What do you think I should do?

That is a tough one because while you do like him you have a really valid point about not being able to go back to training. If you think there is even the slightest of possibilities that you are going to find it way too awkward to see him if things don't go how you think then don't do it. I am only going to assume training means something job related. Don't put your job in jeopardy over a guy. There are plenty of them out there where if things don't go well you don't have to worry about work or in your case training.
Hahaha, no, by training I mean boxing. But thanks for the advice!
Ask him out , keep it simple and casual , smoothies or the like , and see what happens , you have stuff in common.
And if he refuses?
If you keep it light and bright , it will not be an absolute rejection , so I'm sure you can deal with it.
Thanks!
You both like each other and in contact, why cannot you say him, to go out, a funny question
