How do I get a guy to ask me out?

I see this guy at all the parties I go to (we're both 20). We always end up dancing, flirting, and touching at these parties, but we haven't kissed. He never even asked for my snap. I had to add him first, but then he started snapping me right away.

The problem is, we only see each other when we're both wasted, so there's not a lot of talking. I really, really want him to ask me out to dinner or something, but I don't know how to get him to do this.

How can I get him to ask me out?

You can play games and keep dropping hints or you could just ask him yourself, then you'll have your answer and no waiting around for him to pick up on signals.
