I don’t agree. I think people just process things differently and just because someone moves on with purpose, doesn’t mean they aren’t just as hurt as the one acting out.
Yes, I meant the same but I mentioned about the fact of moving on. Even if they're hurt, some people make them strong enough to not let the hurt stop their life but some people can never be able to move on and choose to live with the pain and I was considering them to be the very sensitive people
I don’t think how you handle break ups makes you any less or more sensitive in my opinion. A break up is a loss and it breaks routine that people are used to. It can almost feel like that person died sometimes. You wouldn’t say someone is sensitive because they can’t handle the loss of someone death wise, so I think the same should be applied here
No. People that can't let go are wallowing. A breakup hurts all involved, the difference is some Intentionally choose to wallow in self pity. You need to be proactive to see change. Start doing things you love, start doing things that challenge you, start doing anything. That's the first step to healing, keep your mind occupied so you don't stay in a bad state of mind where you just keep digging yourself deeper and deeper into despair.
