Unless you want to count an online "relationship" where I was rejected when they met me in person or that awkward time me and a girl called each other "boyfriend/girlfriend" for a week and it felt weird.

Ah man, don't be too hard on yourself. Having a girlfriend isn't everything. Some people just move at different speeds than others ya know?

I wouldn't say it's super common to not have had one by 30, but it doesn't automatically mean anything's wrong with you. Maybe you just haven't met the right person yet. Or your priorities have been other places, which is cool too.

As for those other "relationships", I wouldn't really count them either. Online stuff isn't really the same and that week long thing sounds kinda forced.

Don't feel like you gotta rush just cuz of your age. When it happens, it happens. In the meantime, focus on doing your own thing and being comfortable with who you are. Confidence is attractive, so work on feeling good about yourself.

The right person will come along someday. Or maybe you just haven't crossed paths yet. But as long as you put yourself out there and stay positive, I'm sure it'll work out. Try not to stress too much, man. You'll be good!

i don't think people are being fair to you saying it's okay... because it's not... you should go see a psychiatrist asap... and i mean this with all the love in my heart because life will pass you by so fast and it has in some respects... you definitely need to have a girlfriend the sooner the better.

I never wanted to be this way, and I am incredibly angry. I have always wanted a girlfriend ever since I was a child, but I was never able to achieve that. I am not asexual or aromantic by any means. I seek a woman with the same inexperience as me. That is a fair request.

try dating sites... harmony comes to mind... you may not be able to go to a bar and pick up a woman it seems... but try dating sites... not the best way but you have to do what will work... start soon as possible... i'm sure you'll find something... but getting a girlfriend asap is important i really mean that

Yes my boyfriend never had a girlfriend before me and I never had a boyfriend before him. We didn't get together until this year. He's 32 and I'm 31.

I felt awkward and bad about it at first I'm not going to lie but I realize it's the best thing that could have happened to me because I am more mature now and have less insecurities than I did in my 20s. I realize I probably would have found a way to ruin my relationships had I been in one back then. I was a mess. Plus I was hung up over someone for most of my 20s so no guy really had a chance anyways.

For a man its completely normal. a lot of men have never had a girlfriend and have no experiences with women. Plenty of men are in the same situation as you. Now if you were a 30 year old woman asking this, that would be very strange
