How important is it to a female, that a man you are dating have a social media account?

I heard girls want to see everything about a man on social media. Some girls want a man to have a account or they won't date them..

I have heard the arguments “Your social media is your CV for women” and “If you don't have social media when everyone has, you are weird”.

Some women use social media to pre-screen you. For these women, if you don't have a good profile you will be disqualified on a technicality. Their approach to dating is waste at least time as possible and go through as many profiles as possible.

The other argument is just “You are the black sheep” and they don't like people who don't fit within the masses.

This doesn't go for every woman, just to point out. But in my opinion and experience, it encompasses the majority.

It shouldn't be with so many scammers out there what does it price it mean if a dude have an social media account, what is important is that you spend time together, going out talking that's how you get to know s person no not by any social media, and those who does use this as a way of legitimizinga a dude then they need a reality check cause last time I looked those are easy to fake,

I do not care about reputation or popularity or status in a guy, but I do care about security and natural ability in a guy. I find most high status people are not so perfect and are just very good at hiding their flaws so that they appear better than others. Only somebody who has been around you for 15 years or more would know you are the real deal and not faking your virtue for attention and praise.

God no I don't care about that. I would rather he didn't. I am not saying that I don't have one but I keep it locked to family and close friends only. There are a lot of reasons I keep it that way. I don't care that he doesn't have a social media account. I am not going to learn all about a person through that versus going out with them. I would much rather learn about who a person is face to face than try to decipher what sorta guy he is from social media.

It’s very important to some women. I’ve had women call me creepy because I have no social media (other than GAG if this counts).

I’ve had women unmatch me on tinder and bumble when they asked for my instagram and I said I didn’t have any. Trust me, many women do care. Some don’t. But I’m glad I weed out those insane women.

Not a big deal. My boyfriend now is the first guy I've been with that doesn't use social media. It was odd at first just because every other guy I've met has it, but its not a red flag at all. If anything, might be a green flag.
