So me and this girl have been talking for a while and I thought we really liked each other. We met once but we met on Facebook dating. She said she isn’t talking to anybody else but me. Well long story short I looked on her profile on fb dating and she updated her bio and her pictures. That just makes me so sad. I confronted her and she claims she was just updating her pictures. If that’s the case why go on there if you’re not talking to anyone? I don’t understand , I know we aren’t dating but if I like someone I’m not going to talk to other people

She is definitely lying to you and keeping her options opened , if she really liked you she wouldn’t even be bothering with her dating profile so that is definitely a red flag that she is still weighing her options and just likes the convenience of you , you should really reconsider wasting your time with her , That type of behavior shows someone’s true colors that they are a selfish person that only likes the convenience of others. I don't know, that's pretty sketchy of her. If she's updating her profile and pics on a dating app while claiming you're the only one she's talking to, that seems shady as hell.

Girls will say all sorts of stuff to keep you on the hook, trust me. I've had ones tell me the same thing before, but then I found out they were hooking up with dudes behind my back. It sucks, but lots are just playing games.

I'd definitely not fully trust her words after this. She's probably chatting with other guys still and keeping you as an option in case it doesn't work out with them. That's whack if you ask me. Like why bother leading you on?
