He said we’re over?

So lastnight I was on the phone with my boyfriend on FaceTime and talking to him. I was asking his opinion on something and he didn’t make any eye contact with me through FaceTime he kept looking at his screen but in the bottom of his phone screen. I asked him a question and he didn’t answer. We got into a fight over it because I told him he was distracted and then he said we’re over. I tried calling him back but he ignored me. What do I do?

If it was a reoccurring thing that you got angry at him for not listening properly, then yes, you're probably over. It was emotionally abusive of you to get angry at him for not responding to your question. Maybe he felt insecure about not knowing a good answer to give you, and you made him feel even worse by demanding that he answer you. You should apologize, and make it clear to him that you love him and respect him regardless of whether he has an answer to all of your problems, and that if he doesn't have an answer, all he needs to do is say he doesn't know the answer, or at least say something to reassure you that you're thinking of a solution. It's just a different process men and women follow when giving people helpful information. Women feel the need to reassure the person that the person's question is valid, whereas men feel the need to save their own face if they don't know the answer to something, as men place lots of importance on being knowledgeable and useful to other people, especially to women. On a side note, if a woman ever got mad at you when you were younger for not reading her that you're looking into the answer to her question, my condolences, as it is optionally abusive, and you should not be made to feel responsible for someone else's self esteem (especially not people way older than a child).

Well we need a little more context to make any fair judgment.

To me this looks like he had already made his mind to break up way before. He has probably talked with others about it and they confirmed that he should leave. Though I dont know what set you apart and

If u are not able to contact him and he dont want to contact u their is nothing u can do
