I caught her following me again in the parking lot of my workplace, she said she just wanted to talk but then she grabbed me so I hit her in the face and locked her when she was down

I get it, but not the smartest way to handle it. She can make up whatever crazy story she wants, and when it's your world against hers, who do you think will be believed?

Next time firm her and document the stalking.
