known this guy for like 1 week and a half. i really like him a lot, i’m not interested in anyone else other than him. but, i don’t know if i SHOULD be exclusive to him, since we aren’t dating but rather going on “dates” (mostly hanging out together and doing stuff casually + with some friends around town)
should i have my options open or should i stick to only having eyes for him. asking this since we are in a generation where 90% of people are talking to others in the talking stage and it’s not looked down upon.
i know he knows i’m more interested in him than him to me since he told me clearly he doesn’t know what he feels yet but enjoys going out with me and he wants to go slow (he hasn't had a girlfriend in a few years). we have hung out 4 times. (one of them i was mostly with my own friends so i’d say 3-ish times we have spent one on one time together).
what do i do here?
