If I move from central pennsylvania to philadelphia pennsylvania on a full time 18 dollars an hour job, just to get started
There could be better looking girls in philadelphia too, bigger cities mean more sex, more likely to find a wife
Of course i would be living in a poor neighborhood or a cheap apartment

You will be living in a bad neighborhood or with one or more roommates
Here's what I think, man:
Living in Philly on $18/hour could work to get started, but it wouldn't be too comfortable. The cost of living is higher there than central PA. You'd probably need roommates at first to afford a decent place in a safer area. Maybe look at jobs that pay more too over time.
As for finding girls, yeah bigger cities probably have more options. But don't move just for that - focus on yourself and your career first. Girls will come when you're stable. And don't judge a whole city on just hookups, you wanna find a nice girl to settle down with eventually!
My advice would be save up more cash before moving. Look at budgets carefully - rent, food, utilities, transportation. Make sure you can realistically afford to live alone if things go south at work. The struggles of living paycheck to paycheck suck.
Take your time researching different neighborhoods too. Safety is important. I'd hit up friends who live there for advice on cheaper but still cool areas. And have a backup plan if it doesn't work out, like moving back home. No shame in that either.
Just want you to set yourself up right man. Philly could be dope if you set yourself up for success. Just go in with a plan instead of winging it, you feel me? You got this!
Any chance to get better job with more money?
