I work at 24 Hour Fitness and there's a regular who comes to workout everyday. I started a small conversation with her last week. It was the only conversation that I've had with her as of right now. I said, 'hi" to her this past Saturday, but she didn't hear me because she had her headphones on. I'm just thinking, if I should make a move.
I don't know, if she has a boyfriend or is seeing anyone. I don't want to be weird or risk my job, so any advice would be appreciated.

I would recommend trying to start up small conversations with her more often before resorting to asking her out. Get to know her a bit better and see how she generally reacts to you. If she’s very open and happy to chat, then I would assume that she is single. But if she comes across as a bit stand-offish, then I’d say asking her out is a no-go.
Alright, I'll give this a shot! I want to chat with her, but at the same time I want to be respectful of her working out. Thanks for the advice! It's a big help!
You can try to say hi to her again or start a small conversation if she's not busy. Give it another shot and see if she responds positively to your approach (smiles at you, maintains eye contact, responds back with no short/quick answers, etc) However, if she seems like she isn't interested in talking/has headphones in, I'd leave her be.
This is really great advice, thanks for the help! It's very appreciated! She seems like a pretty nice person, so I'll give this a shot.
Wishing you luck!
Thank you!
Only if she ignores you and you still keep trying anyway.
Gotcha, wish me luck today! Thanks for the advice!
Good luck!
