I guess you are asking is it possible to form a stable loving romantic relationship in which your virginity is preserved till marriage. I think it is but in the period this was common, marriages happened much quicker. Back then there wasn't 4 years out for college and 5 years out work experience before girls got married. A 10 year engagement was a joke of a girl being strung along.

So I think if your concept is to wait till you are 30 then it is becoming problematic. Boys your age positively gagging to get in to be frank. If hand jobs and blow jobs are on the table than it becomes more likely you can have a relationship in which your virginity is preserved at the loss of some sexual innocence

Well I'm a piece of shit so only if she showed me what she looked like naked before then tbh. I'm picky af about body so I wouldn't wanna be with someone I'm not physically attracted to. I don't like investing in something I don't even know if I fully like.

it depends on why she is wanting to wait. my wife and I were the "wait until marriage/until the right person who we are going to spend the rest of our lives with shows up" so we were each others first and it was before marriage but we are now married
