Is he playing games with me?

started talking to this guy about two months ago over the phone, we are currently not in the same continent but he will be coming back to mine. First time we spoke it went on for 3 hours and we really clicked. Then it went from talking for three hours to him always having cutting out calls short at about 40 minutes in. It's always "let me call you back I need to pick up this call" and then he calls back after days or a week. Literally always the same thing. I want to cut off communication with him because I feel like his trying to get me in a certain position with him. And when he calls back after that week he will blow up my phone text me on every app it's like now that I'm calling you, pick up right nOW.
What do you guys think?

He might be a really busy man OR just another a-hole. Talk to him about this, tell him clearly you don't like this kind of behavior from him and if he wants to be in touch with you he will have to be regular.

And then let him decide as to whether he wants to change his way of communication or leave. Either way, it will be best for you. If he changes you will be happy and if he decides to leave, you can move on.

He isn't playing games. Tell him you want marriage. If he agrees bingo he wasn't playing games. If not then he definitely was. Set a timeline for engagement and marriage and you call off his bluff

I know I can marry a woman if she was acting like you. I don't like games and age is just a number. I prefer someone who is serious about marriage and not play games like this. It's really upsetting. I like the idea of children but if someone is good enough and compatible I think adoption shouldn't be an issue.

P. S just tell him you want marriage and no games. If he is looking for marriage then he should do the same.
