I'm not looking for someone to date, just seeing that if I was, what would you consider knowing this about me.

Here's how I see it man:

Pros:
- Affluent - That's definitely a plus, money never hurts when dating!

- Works from home - Flexible schedule, can make more time for someone special.

- Non religious - At our age some girls don't want someone hardcore religious, keeps things more open.

Cons:
- Short - Might bother some shallow girls but who cares, you can't help that! Own it.

- 30+ - Could limit your dating pool a bit but plenty of women your age too.

- Health issues/mask - Understandably puts a damper on intimacy. Gonna be a hurdle.

- Lives with parents - Most people your age want independence, makes you seem less mature.

- Can't drive/sterile - Both practical issues that restrict dating options and planning fun dates. Not dealbreakers but difficulties.

Overall as long as you own what you got, focus on your positive qualities like being affluent and flexible schedule. Maybe look for girls also living at home or working remote to relate more. Health stuff will be tough but find ways to show her a good time without risking her health. Stay optimistic - right girl will accept you as you are!
