A lot of men swipe right on EVERY woman's profile, even ones the guy isn't interested in. As a way to bypass having other guys beat him to the good women. Basically you were skipped to the point of not even being noticed. He may even have one of those auto swiper robot finger things, so he can go about his business instead of being glued to a dating app all day, and still see all the woman on there that would message him at the end of the day.
