What do you do if you see your ex on dating apps?

Totally coincidentally I saw my ex on a dating app. What would your reaction be in such a situation? It's been a long time since we broke up, but I felt weird...

You know, I can't say I found an ex on a dating site. But I went out with women I found on a dating site. Then ended up getting in a relationship for year. Then ended up on the same sites later and still see the same women, 12 months later on the same sites, and still active.

Its makes me feel good about not pursuing them or better about why they rejected me... but still searching. At the same time, here I am back on the market myself... so its depressing. But I just block them so I can't see them any more... it just f

Well if your broken up then in fairness it shouldn’t matter , both people have every right to be on the app. I’m guessing your hinting at the fact that the breakup wasn’t amicable , well I mean they rarely are and well if it’s you that has a problem seeing your ex on there or you weren’t ready to deal with that then perhaps dating is not for you at this time ? Make sense?

I would be so embarrassed that that he saw me on there, and also extremely jealous at all of the women he now probably has access to. Not saying it's the correct way to get over it, but I'd get off that dating app, and either go on a different one, or just meet other guys at actual social events.
