Am I a home wrecker or not?

i started dating my coworker... BUT

we are together for 2 years...5 years ago i first went to work in his company

he was married and was hitting on me from the beginging, like flirtng a lot and nearñy sexually harassing me at work. everyone saw it... i was embarrassed.

i rejected and ignored him really hard all that time

then he split up with his wife and left company, came back afer 6 month. she pretty much destroyed his life,

he continued flirting but now it wasn't like harrassment he actually calmed down and i accepted his advances this time since he was sinlge

and we started dating, its been 2 years together now

Man, this is a tricky one. On the one hand, you didn't actually do anything with him while he was married, you rejected him then. And it seems like his wife was already destroying things in their relationship if she was that vindictive after the divorce.

But I could see how some might still call you a homewrecker since you did eventually start something with him after he left his wife. And him flirting so openly at work for years definitely didn't help the situation.

I'd say as long as you and him are happy together now, try not to overthink the labels people might put on it. You can't change the past. All you can do is focus on building a healthy relationship going forward.

Maybe give his ex some space/distance out of respect. But you shouldn't feel fully guilty since it seems like their marriage was messed up before you came along. You're not responsible for their issues.

As long as you and this guy treat each other right, don't sweat what others might say. Water under the bridge at this point. Just be good to each other and let the past be the past, you know?

No you aren’t the home wrecker , you would only be a home wrecker if you were sleeping with him while he was married to his wife , but since you waited til he was divorced you did no wrong. A similar experience happened to me with a girl I use
To work with , she was married and not happy in her marriage , she confided in me and even though I though she was very attractive , I kept her and I in the friend zone out of respect for her marriage , she did make passes at me during the time but I kindly denied her advances and told her to figure out her marriage first. She eventually came to work and tolls me she filed for divorce and that she is leaving him , a few days after that she called me up and asked me to meet her for a drink , so I did and then one thing lead to another and we ended up in bed together , so even though she wasn’t officially divorced legally , she proved to me it was over , so no I don’t consider myself a home wrecker what so ever

From my perspective (based only on what you have written here), you are clean. You rejected him when he was in the relationship. Period. Well done.

What happened later is also quite clean. He split up and returned as a free man. You were free to date him.

And it looks like he learned his lesson.

So, answering your question, no, from my perspective you are not a home wrecker.

no. he destroyed his own marriage. he more than likely cheated with some other girl instead of you. his marriage was going to be over anyways, regardless. the way he was acting, harassing, i can understand why.

I don't think so... you came in after the fact and held him off so that's credit to you. split with wife as in divorcing or separated. If he's separated, then yes, you are wrecking his already trashed home.

if I understand this his relationship ended and THEN he started dating you. no you didn't wreck his relationship though from my point of view I would personally be very hesitant to be with anyone who was flirting with me while married. that is a major red flag for me
