Are the people who show interest in you on apps and/or ask you on dates in your “league”?

Well, to the extent that leagues exist, sometimes yes and sometimes no.

Maybe I’m shallow but I rarely get asked out or have people show interest in me and when someone does they’re typically not in my league so I don’t find them all that attractive. I’m not looking for some 10/10 model either
