So many women your age want to yell metoo if a guy walks by them in the gym and isn't looking at the floor with blinders on, you'll probably have to give some pretty strong signals or make the first move. Remember to avoid gossip and any kind of drama. He's not going to have time for that shite. Bringing some class to the table helps. I can't tell you how many college-aged girls try the whole ditzy Alicia Silverstone routine and it's just like "honey that wouldn't have even worked 20 years ago." I'm on college campuses as guest speaker or recruitment/outreach, and the women that "oops I dropped my pen" and deep bend over routine are so forgettable I couldn't pick them out of a lineup by the end of the hour. I never understood that sort of mentality.

I'm in my late 30s and I look younger than most 15 year olds I've met. I'm smarter and more reponsible than most people my age or older, and I enjoy things like video games, toys, sci-fi, fantasy, anime/cartoons, making art, etc.

So when a girl says she "likes older guys" I dunno what that even means. To me it seems completely non descript.

It makes more sense to say you enjoy a look and a personality type , but an age means nothing.

You will probably have to flirt with them (unless you're trying to meet them on dating apps). They should get in then and reciprocate if they're interested. But they probably will be VERY interested.

If you are interested in older men, then show your interest in them openly when you are in public. Don't ignore or play hard to get or stand away. Approach, talk to them, start a conversation and become friends. Don't just imagine in your mind and sit idle. Older mature men don't waste their time if a young girl plays hard to get.

Just use your natural feminine charms and be forward. Most men north of 40 will assume they are not in your spectrum and are likely to dismiss your friendliness as being misinterpreted. It won’t take much to show your interested in them. Just be outgoing and throw a few strong hints like “You’re a good example of why I prefer spending my time with men and not boys.” Unless he’s a rock he will get the hint and make his play.
