An apology gift to a guy I like?

There is this guy I like. We were texting and I did a big mistake by saying something he didn't like and he blocked me. I feel really sorry and I want to apologize to him but there is no way to contact him now. I am thinking of sending a gift as an apology to his work place because I don't know his address. Should I do that or not?

It was offensive and i said it as a joke and I told him before he blocked me. But, i feel really sorry and I just want him to forgive me so I can move on.
