I rejected and ignored him. Now he has deleted my number and doesn't try to contact me anymore. What should I do?

Ah man, that's rough. Rejection always sucks. A couple thoughts:

- He's probably just hurt and giving you space, which is understandable. Guys don't always deal with feelings in the healthiest ways.

- If you actually liked him and pushed him away cause you were scared or something, maybe reach out one more time to clear the air. But only if you really want to pursue it!

- If you're over it and happy moving on, then I'd say just leave it. He got the message you weren't interested. No need to drag it out or give mixed signals.

- In the future, try to let guys down more gently if you can. A simple "you're really cool but I don't feel a spark" is better than ignoring. Rejection stings less that way.

Tough call, just do what feels right for you. But don't stress - if it's meant to be, maybe he'll come back around once he's had time to lick his wounds. And if not, then his loss! On to the next one sis.

This is dumb... if you have rejected and ignored, why do you care if he tries to contact you moving forward?

Rejection has a way of providing the motivation to remove someone from their life. Deleting that person aids in moving on and seeking new, less toxic people to associate with.
