She wants you to wait to get into a new relationship, or does she want you to wait until you get back together? If it's the first one, she's probably trying to get over you. If it's the second one, she might want to try and improve herself before getting back together.
Yes second one, she said she wants to be ready completely, work on herself, before we can again, is that bad?
Not at all! In my opinion, it seems like she's taking your relationship (or future one) very seriously. She wants to bring all that she can to the table, which I respect.
It's not bad! But from personal experience I recommend not losing so much contact because in the end you end up separating yourself too much from the person.
Move on. She doesn’t want you anymore.
