when we are talking about pet peeves on dates I tell them mine, that I hate them and they make me uncomfy and they are always cringing at me and like “you can’t get away with saying things like that anymore” one even let go of my hand after I said it.

Yeah, that's not cool. If you are uncomfortable, that's understandable, but keep your mouth shut about that and try to get less uncomfortable. But the moment you say you hate anyone, that's game over.

Not really, but I'm tired of hearing about trans people when I doubt that most people have even met a trans person. Trans people are a very small percentage of the population, yet they seem to live rent free inside everyone's brain. Have you really met enough of them for it to be a pet peeve of yours?

nope you have a right to your own opinion and who makes you uncomfortable regardless of their gender. i get that society is like "hey you can't say that" but be true to yourself honestly. you can't change your feelings

The hate part was an exaggeration I would never go out of my way to hurt or belittle or upset a trans person! So maybe I should’ve said I didn’t like it rather than hated it.
