5.9K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I don't hate trans people or people with other harmless mental disorders.
Some trans people are really cool. Some are completely unhinged.
I have two trans friends, a man and a woman, who are really good people. I don't have any problem at all with their transness.
I do have a problem with a fat, ugly, bull dyke screaming, shouting and insisting that she's a man. I have a problem with a 6'3" gay man who looks nothing like a woman throwing a fit and berating a shop keeper for calling him sir.
Fuck those kind of people.
Trans-men (women) are generally innocuous. But trans-women (men) are a problem when they want to use women's restrooms and locker rooms, compete in women's athletics and rob actual women of scholarships, recognition and financial reward. Trans-women should not be allowed to compete in "women's" pageants, either.
"Trans-women" are not "women". Period.
The trans movement has had some success in eliminating references to men and women and replacing them with gender neutral-neutral pronouns like "they", "them", "this person", "everyone", "Ze", or "Hir". And terms like "men and women", "ladies and gentlemen", "boys and girls", or "guys and gals" are replaced by "people", "citizens", "guests", or "friends".
Most disgusting is the attempt to eliminate references to women by using words like "birthing parent" and "menstruating person".
And there is the refusal to define "woman".
Women and what it means to be a woman are under attack.
Children are under attack to an even greater extent. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) turned into glamorizing and promoting LGBTQI+, grooming and recruiting.
Drag queen story hour.
Books for small children with titles like "If You're a Drag Queen and You Know It", "I'm Not a Girl", "In My Daddy's Tummy", ... attempt to convince impressionable children that that shit is perfectly normal and even cool.
Planting irrational thoughts in kids' heads and manipulating them to imagine that they are the opposite of their physical gender.
"Gender affirming" care that is designed to fast track transitioning treatment, not to explore a child's mental/emotional issues and offer counseling.
Teachers, schools, so-called counselors or psychologists, and government agencies disregarding, lying to, intimidating and threatening parents in order to "transition as many naive children as possible before they have a chance to grow up.
Transitioning treatment neuters people and is irreversible. And there is zero evidence that it prevents suicide.
So what do militant LGBTQI+ advocates want? They already have the right to marry, which I campaigned for and support. They already have a gay pride month.
Do they think they can force others to accept the most deviant behavior through legislation and government coercion?
Do they want the right to flaunt nudity and deviant sexuality in public?
The vast majority of rational, moral people oppose that crap, even after concerted propaganda efforts by the media and entertainment industries, corporations, and Democrats.
It's like free speech. You have a right to say what you want, but others have a right to disagree.
I don't buy the idea that trans-people are under attack more so than anyone else. You don't need to be LGBTQ to get bullied or abused.03 Reply- 1 y
I think there's bad people in every group that can make everyone look bad. I don't like the whole nudity in public areas either.
At the end of the day all I want is for everyone to have the freedoms and rights they deserve as a human being the same as everyone else and not discriminated against for being trans.
As far is HRT or Gender affirming care there are some things reversible and some that aren't. That also depends on age too. There are plenty of evidence it has helped people as long as the resources are avaliable to them. With more access to the right resources and easier access too it helps a lot. Suicide is horrible no matter what, but we also shouldn't just force them to suffer for the rest of their lives so helping people that need it is important.
Suicide rate is going down with trans people with better access to the right care at least. - 1 y
It’s not the trans people in themselves I have a problem with. It’s the concerted, organized and frankly horrifying movement BEHIND “trans care” that disgusts me.
It’s partially financially motivated. The so called “healthcare” for transitioning is reeling in big bucks for surgeons and doctors. But it also has to do with how this is politically motivated. I don’t see too many trans people or their “supporters” who care about freedom of speech or free markets. It keeps on getting intertwined with socialism (and more accurately communism).
Seriously why is that ESG which means “Environmental, Social, and Governance” equating social justice with environmentalism? Why is this bullshit getting all wrapped up into one package? - 1 y
@blueonblack22. Damn, dude. What an enlightened comment. Everything you said was in the bullseye. You're one of the first people I've seen here who has a clue about any of that stuff.

1 yAlright for record I believe gender dysphoria exists and is a true DSM 5 mental condition (not physical).
I also don’t believe anybody should be bullied/discriminated against for their adult decisions in a free country. I could get along just fine with a trans person as long they are respectful and respect my space and vice versa
But this is really how “trans hate” is now being defined in 2024:
- It is “hateful” to acknowledge that the XX and XY chromosomes exist virtually across all human species (with very rare genetic abnormality exceptions).
- It is “hateful” to be believe that giving children life altering surgeries and puberty blocking drugs is a heinous form of child abuse. We don’t let kids virtually do anything else (drink, smoke, drive until they are 16, open credit card, etc) until they are at least 18. But letting them get sex changes before they are even a teenager?
- It is “hateful” that to many people believe a genetic man shouldn’t compete in woman’s sports. Male muscle tissue is genetically more fibrous and contracts more force. Blocking testosterone and having surgical changes won’t negate that physical strength advantage “trans women” will have in sports.
- It is “hateful” to acknowledge that depression can masquerade as gender dysphoria. This can lead to people making irreversible changes to their body that they could later regret for the rest of their lives?
I stand by everything I say above. It’s just hard facts that the so called “party of science” keeps denying. And I am not saying that for my own “moral superiority”. No I am saying that because the trans agenda really is destroying people’s lives.

u 1 yOof wrong site to ask this question since most of them seem to hate trans people. Personally I have zero problem with any of them. Like you said, they are just trying to live their best life.
Now someone will complain about pronouns in here and to me that's just an asinine comment. Whether you think a trans person is the gender they say they are or not, you already use pronouns in everyday speech. It isn't hard to use them when addressing someone who is trans.00 Reply
Anonymous(25-29)1 yIt seems like many people are more irritated by the existence of trans women than trans men.

u 1 yThere is a fairly strong push by the media and the left (redundant, I know) to try to control what we think about transgender people. We are told that we must accept them and call some guy with a dick "her" because he identifies as a female. We are called names if we don't embrace the lunacy. Some of us believe that transgender people are mentally ill and we will never accept their nonsense as "normal." On top of that, most transgender people are snowflakes and if we tell them that they are not normal, then all hell breaks loose.
Some dude wants to claim that he is now a female, compete in women's sports, and share a locker room with real girls. And the left refuses to acknowledge the unfairness in all of that.
The result of those stupid attempts to manipulate us is that we develop a significant amount of resentment towards the left, the msm, and all of the transgender people.

1 yI’m going to break it down in the best way I can personally.
When we see a redneck on the street (camo hat, scruffy beard, camp jacket, and brown worker boots) what do we do? We go about our day. We don’t think they are up to something and we don’t think they are going to indoctrinate our children or whatever we could come up with.
Now why is it when they see ONE trans person or a Pride Parade go by, they lose their f*cking minds? Answer: Fox News, Newsmax, OANN, etc. have ALL put out lies that these people are here to indoctrinate, abuse, sexualize our children and are an infestation needing to be contained.
Rednecks are a joke from Family Guy and sitcoms & the butt of the joke, we don’t care about them because they are a joke. LGBTQ+ (specifically trans folk) are seen as a serious threat because of Fox News, Newsmax, OANN, etc.
Look, no one should feel unsafe in this country and no one deserves to be threatened. If “Rednecks” got the same verbal abuse, media assault, and overall negative treatment for being themselves they would be angry at the mainstream media. With that, I empathize with Transgender & LGBTQ+ individuals because they are people. People with their own lives, beliefs, feelings, etc. Just as I look at a redneck and move on with my day, I do the same with them because I don’t see an ideology I see a citizen of the United States of America which is beautiful.

Anonymous(45 Plus)1 yThis question is loaded and misleading.
Most people don't hate transexuals. They hate the behavior of LGBTQXYZ types which many of them are.
People are sick and tired of public parades with blatant sexual conduct on display, marching through the streets flaunting their sexuality around children, families and normal people who DO NOT WANT TO SEE SEXUAL CONDUCT IN PUBLIC.
They are sick of hearing about the sexuality of people with abnormal sexual interests (That's right I said ABNORMAL. Because it IS abnormal.) That's a fact. If homosexuality and transsexualism was normal WE WOULDN'T BE HERE TO TALK ABOUT IT.
People are SICK AND TIRED of being forced to go along with transsexual fantasies. There is no such thing as a person born male becoming female or the other way around. It's a fantasy. Every cell in the human body has sex identifying genes and THEY CANNOT BE CHANGED. Whatever sex you are born is the sex you will remain your entire life. You can make believe you are the other sex, but it is a fantasy.
If YOU want to engage in that fantasy, that's your business. I couldn't care less what consenting adults do about sex behind closed doors.
But if I DON'T want to go along with your trans fantasy that's MY BUSINESS. If you try to force me to call you certain pronouns, pay money for your fantasy medical conversion, or let you into a bathroom where my daughter and wife are then don't expect any cooperation from me. You will get nothing but scorn if you try to force me.
And keep it to yourself! I don't tell you about my sexual life and I don't want to hear about yours!
People despise the LGBTQXYZ movement RIGHTFULLY because it is completely DISRESPECTFUL of their values. And if you disrespect me, don't expect any respect in return.
00 Reply449 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I don’t hate them , I just wouldn’t date one of them just not my thing , but , I have no reason to hate them , they haven’t did anything wrong to me , so they don’t bother me whatsoever , I don’t hate anyone to be honest with you , unless someone tries to hurt me or back stab me or betray me , then that’s a different story , but I actually see a trans girl that works at my local convenience store and he/she is always nice to me when I go in there , so I have no reason to hate whatsoever. Honestly he/she looks better than some girls’ I know lol so if I was into that sort of thing , I would probably go for it lol
02 Reply- 1 y
And that's perfectly normal. I'm just tired of the ones that comment "their suicide rate isn't high enough" or "we should bring back mental wards and give them shock therapy and lobotoize them"
- 1 y
Yea that’s plain out disrespectful , just goes to show how people can be complete assholes in this world , Just ignore them and act like they don’t exist because honestly the are nothing , there time will come when Karma kicks them in the ass. I consider myself a non judgmental person , I am nice to anyone that is nice to me , if they treat me like shit , I will treat them like shit , if they backstab me , I will backstab them , or I will just walk away and tell them to Go fuck themselves , just depends on what mood I am in lol I can’t stand judgmental people that point fingers before pointing fingers at themselves first , like they were put on Earth to judge and criticize everyone else around them but themselves , So just ignore those kind of people , they mean absolutely nothing. You ever hear the phrase Sticks and Stones may break my bones , but words will never hurt me. That’s the best way to live your life , peoples’ negative words should go in one ear out the other , until they try to get up in your face and threaten you and try to cross the line with you , that’s when you either walk away or knock them the fuck out. I have knocked out a few people that kept running their mouth and I told them to walk away , and they chose not to , so I played them out and said are you going to keep running your mouth now motherfucker? I thought so
824 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Aside from the extreme religious folks no one has a real problem with trans people
But we do however hate “groomers”
If someone wants to he trans that’s their choice
But if my kid comes home from school saying he or she wants to transition because they had a gender identity study class where trans adults got into their heads about early symptoms of gender dysphoria then we have a problem
Because regardless of what their own beliefs are or how much pseudoscience with 0 tangible backing they produce
I will not allow my own family to be influenced into developing such mental illness
My parents took the needed steps to save me from it and I will forever be grateful for that
So everyone should be what they want to be. But just as I respect their choice they must respect mine00 Reply2.6K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I'm lazy and hate takes effort so I don't hate. It is different if you mean annoyed by. I am quite a lot annoyed by trans people.
1/ They are usually annoyingly attention seeking. That annoys me.
2/ It is bullshit that gender and sex are not the same. They have from 1400 and I don't take kindly to people trying to appropriate words and change the meaning. I am annoyed by BS.
3/ They seem to demand I use their made up pronouns. This annoys me most of all.
The truth is there is something inherently offensive about the way they look. I try not to let this annoy me but it does.

- 1 y
I know that all too well. My dad endlessly talks about it even on vacation and it sucks. Stressful too
1 yI don't know much about this but I would assume it's less about hating the people themselves and more about the movement it represents and the way it's being thrust upon people.
12 Reply- 1 y
I could respect that. If trans people wouldn't get death threats and people harrase them all the time for every little thing.
- 1 y
All it takes is <1% for people to get death threats. It's extremely difficult (and probably unnecessary) to eradicate all fringes from society in my opinion.
Transwomen are a threat to me as a straight man, as many of them try to fool a straight men to be with them, also trans agenda encourages children to mess up their bodies.

1 yNo, they don't want to just live their lives happily. They demand society to indulge their delusions. No one gave a shit about trannies until they started getting authoritarian and advocated to mutilate children.
03 Reply- 1 y
Everyone gave a shit before and they would even get publicly harassed. Nobody is advocating to mutilate children. You judge the many on the actions of the few which is completely unfair. You should only judge someone on individual actions and not just because someone else did somthing wrong. There's bad people in every group, in every corner of the world there's evil in everything. There's evil in Republicans, There's evil in democrats. (Honestly current politics on both sides just want to create hate).
Point is, most trans people keep to themselves and want to just be accepted for who they are so they can be happy. - 1 y
