i noticed a couple girls that did last night and they looked way better than i was expecting , well i had seen some of them before or saw social media pictures at gym so like knew they were into that. you can definitely notice the difference

You can’t tell unless they are unusually strong. I used to have a tutor that was skinnier than Adriana Lima and she told me she ate a normal diet and never exercised, she just had genes that made her smaller. I also know 4 girls that weigh less than 110 pounds who eat at least 2-5 times more food as me at parties and buffets, only 2 of those girls exercised.
