I'm incompatible with career-driven & or ambitious woman because I value bond formed through shared interest. Thus, a woman who runs a success company & or works as an executive role would be a poor fit.

nope, you like to be in charge and do not value someone who has a brain, independent, who doesn't "need" a man around, who has a drive and is successful without the help of a man.
You probably like more of the dependent type, the ones that can't function on their own, who is not independent and looks to you for everything.
I don't have the time nor the energy for someone like that.
I will always take an independent woman who can function on their own.
With my schedule I need someone that can function on their own, being gone for days I simply do not have the time nor the energy for a needy person.
But there is someone for everyone.

@Fireguy17 Shared hobbies I keep mentioning are watching anime clips and reading official English translation of a manga online. Also, I consider a success & career driven woman who had over 90% if the same interest to be an oxymoron.
